Public Service Leadership Circle

The Public Service Leadership Circle is a virtual cross-agency leadership development opportunity offered exclusively to California based federal employees. The inaugural cohort is be open to those with less than two years of federal experience. Based on the Partnership’s Public Service Leadership Model, this program highlights the core values leaders must prioritize, and the critical competencies they must master to achieve their agencies’ missions and desired impact.

Mission Support Leadership Program (MSLP)

The Mission Support Leadership Program, designed for GS-12 to GS-14 federal employees in acquisitions, financial management, HR and IT, prepares these mission-critical federal professionals to become more effective leaders by focusing on the four core tenets of the Partnership’s Public Service Leadership Model—self-awareness, engaging others, leading change and achieving results.

California Distinguished Alumni Council

Our CEO, Mr. Heath Anderson was selected to be an inaugural member of the Western Governors University (WGU) Distinguished Alumni Council. The California Distinguished Alumni Council, which comprises alum leaders representing the public and private sectors is committed to equitable access to high-quality, competency-based, and career-relevant online higher education. Members act as ambassadors in their communities and provide strategic counsel to West Region leadership. The council is composed of twelve individuals who will serve a two-year term and were selected for their alignment with WGU’s fundamental beliefs and embodiment of leadership principles.
